Be Lead by The Holy Spirit NOT the LAW!

Many wrong things have been taught about in regards to the Holy Spirit. One thing that is taught is that the Holy Spirit will show you all your sins, wrong behavior and wrong thinking. Also that the Holy Spirit will lead you to confess all your sins. But the scripture says that the Holy Spirit leads you to confess Jesus is Lord  (1 Co 12:3)  The Holy Spirit leads you to YOUR Righteousness IN Christ!

The Holy Spirit ALWAYS LEADS us to what Jesus already accomplished on the cross for us.

If you need healing He will lead you to “by His stripes you have been healed” or some other scripture that tells you what HE DID FOR YOU on the cross. He will never lead you to look at yourself and see your sin. You don’t need help you KNOW when you missed it. Looking at your sin and at yourself just leads to hopelessness. With Jesus. in Jesus and through Jesus you can accomplish victory and are empowered NOT to sin!

The Holy Spirit will always point to Jesus. His ministry will always make you Jesus-conscious rather than self-conscious or SIN-CONSCIOUS. (Jn 16:14). The Holy Spirit will lead you to see that as Jesus is your Lord, everything you have  which includes your problems and sins, all belongs to Him.  Your sins, short comings and mistakes are not yours because  He bought them with His blood. Remenber you are dead to sin and live to  or in Christ. (Rm 6:11). To many people are taught to exam their sins. This is turning inward, we are to look to Jesus not ourselves. We can’t correct every wrong, we will never be perfect in our-self! In Christ we are complete, we need to stay in Christ. When we look to our sins we are not looking at Jesus WHO conquered our sins FOR US! Look at what He did not yourself. Grace is not saying go ahead and sin, but rather you are empowered not to sin. When you do sin, turn to JESUS look to Him. Say, “Jesus I messed up but in you I am righteous, thank you for making me righteous.

If you were to die tonight, do you know where you would go? The Bible says all have sinned and the result of sin is death. But WHOEVER calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. I am a “whoever,” and so are you. Call on the name of Jesus right now. “Father God, I accept the free gift of Jesus and make Him Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and show me how much you love me. In Jesus’ name.”
